Belgian Post is another sponsoring a one-year Post - Doctoral Grant of 50.000 € for the best research project in the field of “Postal Economics.” Candidates must have been awarded a PhD in Economics, Management Sciences, or a related discipline within the last five years and register their application before November 30th, 2004.
 
  AEI-Brookings has posted two databases containing extensive information on regulatory governance and content in telecommunications and electricity in developing countries. The telecom database has 178 variables in 45 countries, and the electricity database has 374 variables in 20 countries. New Tools for Studying Network Industry Reforms in Developing Countries: The Telecommunications and Electricity Regulation Database.
